Exercise prevents cancer
By now you have probably heard that exercise will help prevent cancer. This is especially important for your sexual health and well-being. Regular exercise is also a good way to prevent prostate cancer. Here are some exercises to remember as part of a daily workout routine:
* Lunges (step forward & lower your thigh to 90 degrees from the floor)
* Push Ups
* Lateral pull-down (ask your local fitness trainer for the best technique)
* Cardio: jogging, walking, swimming
