Healthy Diet - Healthy Prostate

Food scientists are promoting a diet rich in fruits and vegetables to help maintain a healthy body and lower prostate cancer risk. Foods from animals, however, may increase cancer risk. Clinical trials suggest that higher consumption of vitamin E and selenium reduces prostate cancer risk (found in plant foods). Researchers now believe that tomatoes, broccoli, soy (tofu) and blueberries are very good for prostate health as well. Mom was right - eat your fruits and vegetables!
