If you're into your health (and who shouldn't be?!?) it is wise to discuss with your doctor any signs or symptoms you may have. You never know if just one doctor visit can be the one that saves your life.
Staying healthy and fit as we age is vitally important. Drop a few pounds and see how great you feel. Good weather is coming up soon so start on a plan to improve your health in 2008. I personally lost 35 lbs two years ago and have kept it off. If I can do it, you can do it, believe me!!!
